It's been 2 weeks where's my item?
Delivery can sometimes take longer than expected due to circumstance beyond our control. Packages sometimes get lost, stolen or misrouted (which means that your package probably got on the wrong plane)... Please understand that these things happen. We don't live in a perfect world. Allow at least 2 more weeks for your package to turn in. Contact us back after allowing additional time if the package doesn't turn in.
I never received my order. I think it got lost or stolen. What are you going to do?
All packages come with Free Insurance. Our Package Insurance company needs to first investigate such claim which can take about 3-4 weeks after you email us back your signed statement. False claims will be subject to PERSECUTION! Once the investigation is completed and your claim is granted. Depending on the situation. You will receive a replacement or store credit only.
