-By purchasing any item or service from our company, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions including our Return Policy. All return authorization requests are subject to approval. Failure to read our policies doesn't exempt you from our store policies.
For your convenience we offer;
-Size Exchange for same item style only. (Customer Pays Shipping Both Ways).
-Store Credit for item price minus any discount only. Shipping and Handling is excluded.
-Refunds No refund on shipping even if the item wasn't delivered on time or if the item arrived defective (25% Restocking Fee Applies) No EXCEPTIONS.
-All claims must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods. Regardless of what the intended use it might be. The 30 days start counting from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided. This is verified using your tracking number. Once a Return Authorization is provided you have up to 10 business days to mail the item whether it has been 30 days or not. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted if the return is not postmarked within 10 business days.
-Item must be in its original condition and have NO signs of wear. NO Scratches, NO Scuff Marks, No Stains, No Footprint left inside the shoe. The item must be unworn and only tried on. The item must include all manufacturer's packaging. No refund will be given on shoes that show any signs of wearing.
- You must have access to the internet to request a return authorization. Absolutely no return authorizations are given over the phone. All claims must be in writing (email).
- You agree to pay shipping both ways
- Item must be returned within 10 days from receiving a return authorization. This means that the package must be postmarked, not rushed.
- If you are returning shoes, the original box must be in original condition as well. Do NOT tape over the box.
- You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization.
- We recommend getting a tracking number for your return.
- We reserve the right to deny or cancel any return for any reason.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Buyer agrees to pay shipping both ways.
- Depending on availability exchanges usually take about 1-2 weeks to ship after receiving your return.
- Exchanges which require availability in the future can not be returned for a refund after receiving replacement, because the transaction will be too old. Only up to 2 exchanges allowed within a 30 day period.
Halloween Footwear sold from September 15th- October 31st can only be accepted for size exchange only. Item must be in its original condition. All general return rules apply.
Clearance Items & Sale Items
- Items under subcategories such as Clearance, To Be Discontinued and Like New, can NOT be returned or exchanged.
- All Jewelry and Handbags are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned.
- Items under our "Clothing" category can only be exchanged for different size or other item within the same category.
- Items purchased "on sale" are considered final sale. This does NOT apply to using a coupon on regular priced items when placing an order. It only applies to items that show automatic discount prices on the listing page.
- Defective merchandise must be new without worn signs. Unfortunately our footwear manufacturer doesn't accept defective worn goods. Therefore we can't make any guarantees on how long shoes would last you once you wear them.
- All claims for defective merchandise need to be made within 30 days from receipt of goods.
- Defective items must be returned with their original inside packaging and box. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for items missing their original manufacturer's packaging.
- Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for same size and style.
- We will credit you for shipping the item back to us. Please know that we will ONLY credit you for Standard shipping via USPS. Any expedited shipping method or shipping company you want to use is at your own discretion and you assume the difference in the cost.
- Item which meets all above requirements will be replaced or store credit will be given if the same style is not available.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your replacement to ship out.
- Refunds requested on defective merchandise will be imposed a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations are subject to a 15% Processing Fee.
- Refunds are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
- Gift Certificates: Once purchased a Gift Certificate never expires from our system. Therefore Non-Refundable under any circumstance.
- Merchandise returned back to us for a refund with noticeable signs of wearing will be refused. No refund will be provided.
- Discounts will be subtracted from the item price. Shipping and Handling are excluded and do not qualify for a discount subtraction unless specified.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to the item price after any discounts applied during checkout.
Return Process (What To Expect)
- Once the item is received by our warehouse. It must be inspected before a refund, store credit or exchange could be given.
- The inspection process takes about 3-7 business days depending on the volume of returns received.
- On qualified returns requesting a Refund. You will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, original shipping is excluded and will not be refunded..
- Items returned for an Exchange. You will receive a store credit code by email in the amount of the item price only. Shipping and handling is excluded and will not be part of your refund credit.
- Items returned for a replacement due to our mistake. We will provide a refund for standard shipping method via USPS, to cover your shipping cost of returning it to us. We will also ship the replacement back to you at no additional cost.
- If the item returned by you is unqualified. A representative will still contact to discuss your options.
- All the shoes we sell are 100% BRAND NEW straight from the manufacturer. They are only opened for inspection. Our shoes for sell have never been worn or tried on by anyone guaranteed!
- All orders are fully inspected twice by 2 different representatives to ensure quality and order accuracy. This is the main reason why we need 2-5 business for processing time before an order ships.
- If the shoes you return show signs of wearing and you falsely claim the shoes returned have never been worn to receive a full refund will not be tolerated. A partial refund or no refund at all will be given depending on the condition. We reserve the right to destroy the item in due case you don't want to pay to have the unqualified item returned back to you.
- If the shoes you return are unqualified, showing signs of wearing. Depending on the condition they are received. A partial refund will be given. Shoes showing excessive wearing will either be returned back to you at your expense or will be destroyed. Why? We can NOT sell or donate excessively worn shoes. They are useless to us and can not be resold.
-Uturn Utopia, its employees, shareholders, and affiliates are not liable for bodily injury, property damage, or any other loss caused directly or indirectly by any of the items for sale at our store. We are NOT responsible for any allergies caused due to any material, packaging, preservatives or any chemicals used by the manufacturer to make shoes, clothing or any item for sale at our store. Uturn Utopia.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects or any loss caused by the quality. Uturn Utopia.com has the right to approve or deny refunds for any reason.
Instructions for Returning an Item
-You Must contact us to receive a Return Authorization. Items received without a Return Authorization will be rejected and returned back to you at your expense.
-The Return Authorization Number must be written outside the box.
***For your protection please get tracking number and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carriers.
-The item you return must be in its original condition. It must come with its original box and manufacturer's packaging.
-DO NOT tape or affix labels on the original shoe box. It can not be resold. You either need to use wrapping paper or put them inside another box.
